Manufacturing and Quality
#

Hsiner is not a general-purpose contract manufacturer. Its capabilities are concentrated in respiratory and anesthesia devices, with in-house silicone injection, plastic injection, blow molding, tube forming, tooling and cleanroom assembly. The Houli plant adds automated warehousing and ISO 7 / ISO 8 cleanrooms, and the group operates more than 50 injection and forming machines.

The quality system is built on ISO 13485, with independent QA, QC and regulatory affairs functions. Certifications and market approvals include ISO 13485, MDSAP, Japan QMS accreditation, US FDA 510(k), EU CE (MDD obtained; MDR transition in progress), China CFDA, South Korea KFDA and Taiwan GMP.
