From a Single Factory to a Global Manufacturing Partner #
Hsiner began as a factory focused on respiratory care in Taichung, Taiwan. Over three decades it grew into a manufacturing partner exporting to more than 60 countries, with each milestone built on steady, deliberate progress.
Company Background #
Founded in 1993, Hsiner has specialized in the development and manufacturing of respiratory care consumables for more than thirty years. Its expertise covers anesthesia, respiratory therapy, emergency care and sleep care, with precision silicone and plastic injection molding at the core.
The company describes its approach as long-term and detail-oriented: it does not chase short-lived trends, but focuses on perfecting each detail to remain a stable and trustworthy partner. From product design and mold development to injection molding and final assembly, critical processes are completed in-house. This gives Hsiner control over quality at every stage and gives partners consistency and predictability.
In 2025, Hsiner completed its full relocation to the new Houli facility. The site covers more than 14,500 m² of land with 44,000 m² of floor space, and is equipped with automated warehousing and multiple cleanrooms. It is four times the size of the former headquarters and provides capacity for the next decade.
Milestones #
- 1993 — Hsiner founded in Taichung, Taiwan, specializing in respiratory care consumables.
- 2002 — Obtained U.S. FDA listing, entering the international medical market.
- 2006 — Relocated to the Shengang headquarters; achieved GMP and ISO 13485 certification.
- 2019 — Achieved MDSAP certification, meeting regulatory requirements across five countries (United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Japan).
- 2022 — Initiated EU MDR compliance preparation for European market entry.
- 2024 — R&D and marketing relocated to the new Houli facility, beginning the transition.
- 2025 — Full relocation completed. The new site has four times the former site area, automated warehousing and cleanrooms, entering the next chapter.
The Houli Facility #
The 2025 relocation is a major milestone. The Houli plant provides:
- More than 14,500 m² of site area and 44,000 m² of floor space
- Automated storage and retrieval system with capacity equivalent to approximately 140 forty-foot containers
- ISO 7 (Class 10,000) and ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms
- Space for future expansion, with the building rising seven floors
